This past week I have been running around like crazy!!

Wanna know why?

I got asked to Prom!!!

Prom is this Saturday, but luckily I've found a dress!

But here's how it went...

I followed this string ALL around my yard....

Until I got to my car, which was covered in sticky notes!!

Then I had to solve who had left this mysterious puzzle!!

It was tons of fun!!

But later on in the week, something else exciting happened...

My brother got his mission call!! {That's him on the left}

He's going to the ENGLAND LONDON mission!!! Can you believe it?!?!

AND he reports to the ENGLAND MTC!!!

Isn't that just so cool!!??

Pip pip, cheerio!! :)

It's Gonna Happen

Today I had my teeth poked and prodded at.

I'm so tired of braces.

Someday, hopefully soon, this will happen to me.

Have you ever noticed that I'm a little boy crazy?

It's ok if you have.

Cause I have too :)

There are some things I've been thinking about.

Someday I'm going to be married {scary to think about} and when I think about who I'll be with, I don't really know what he'll look like, but I picture the feeling I'll get when I'm around him.

Whenever I have silly whims {going to In-n-Out, driving to Cali, dancing in the rain} he'll just chuckle and go along with it.

Late at night when I can't go to bed, and my thoughts are keeping me up, he'll stay up and talk with me.

When we watch a scary movie, he'll let me hide behind him and not laugh.

He'll understand my crazy family and put up with them and love them like I do.

He'll have to expect random hugs and kisses all. the. time.

2 in the morning, he'll still think I'm the prettiest girl.

He'll be ok with Disney movies and snuggling.

He'll want to be with me for all eternity.

And what can I say?

I'm a hopeless romantic.



One Thing

Wonders never cease.

I think I might cry.

My faith is slowly returning to guys.

*sigh*

This isn't going to be easy.

Two Can Play

Ugh. Growing my hair out is frustrating.

See, I had the bright idea a few years ago to get a million layers cut into my hair. And now, because some of the layers are so short, it's taking them forever to get down to my shoulders.

Because, since there are so many layers, my hair feels thinner.

But it's really not. I have fairly thick hair. And I miss it.

I want to be able to put a side braid into my hair and get it farther than my collarbone.

It's just plum frustrating.

{I'm almost considering just chopping off all my hair to the length of my shortest set of layers. Just to start over. But I don't think I could be that brave.}

But you wanna know what else is frustrating? {And also heart-breaking}

Recently he's been conversing with a young lady. And she's adorable.

Which makes it even worse.
